LaBeouf Considering Rehab After DUI Arrest in California

Actor Shia LaBeouf will not be charged with DUI in the now famous July 27 car accident in Hollywood, California. Though the Indiana Jones star showed physical signs of intoxication when police arrived, the other driver is listed as “Party One” for running a red light.

Meanwhile, LaBeouf is still recovering from hand injuries resulting from the car crash. Though rumors claimed the 22-year-old would need to have his pinkie amputated, LeBeouf’s publicist denies the rumors. In fact, LaBeouf has been spotted around Southern California wearing a cast over his damaged hand, including the infamous pinkie. He will need several surgeries on his hand.

LaBeouf is also rumored to be contemplating checking into a rehab clinic for his alcohol addiction. However, a representative for LaBeouf said the current focus is on healing the actor’s hand so he can return to work.
